NETHEM incentive agreement

A normal brokerage is basically the same today as 20 years ago, despite great differences in marketing and labor NETHEM is a modern estate agency to correct fee. Sweden's lowest fees, which has never been an end in itself but is simply the result of a fair way to charge for what we do.

NETHEM has a unique approach and strive that all customers should get Best Paid for their homes, we call the incentive agreement. But the fight against right is far from over, it is fought daily and we will not give up until all customers receive Best Paid.

Examples of NETHEM incentive agreements as follows:

X% of the purchase price up to SEK X.000.000: -

+ The next hundred thousand 2%

+ The next hundred thousand 4%

+ The next hundred thousands 6%

Examples.

If the commission rate is 0.5% and the sales amount that anyone can sell for 3.8 million, and then the property is sold for 4.2 million becomes brokerage as follows:

Basic fee 0.5% x 3 800 000 - = 19 000: -

+ 2000 - a hundred thousand between 3.8-3.9

+ 4000 - a hundred thousand between 3.9 to 4.0

+ 2 x 6000 - one hundred thousand between 4.0 to 4.2

This adds up to 19 000 + 2 000 + 4 000 + 12 000 - = 37 000: -

If xx is selling for 3.8 million - pay 19,000 - the seller may still 3781000: -

If it sells for 4.2 million - and pay 37,000 - the seller may still 4163000: -
