NETHEM incentive agreement

Examples of NETHEM incentive agreements following:

X% of the purchase price up to SEK X.000.000: -

Examples.

If the basic commission is 0.5% and the sales amount that anyone can sell for is 3.8 million and then the property is sold for 4.2 million becomes brokerage as follows:

The basic commission 0.5% x 3.8 million: - = 19 000: -

+ 2 000: - a hundred thousand from 3.8 to 3.9

+ 4000 - a hundred thousand from 3.9 to 4.0

+ 2 x 6000 - one hundred thousand between 4.0 to 4.2

Adds up to 19 000 + 2 000 + 4 000 + 12 000 - = 37 000: -

If xx is selling for 3.8 million - pays 19 000: - the Seller has left 3.781 million: -

If it sells for 4.2 million - and pay 37 000: - the Seller has left 4.163 million: -
